Candy Day

The Lombard Lions Club Candy Days Program has been around for decades. It is only since 2001 that it has been the Lombard Lions Clubs' largest fundraiser of the year. Many friends, relatives and an army of volunteers from near and afar is what it has taken to make the program the overwhelming success since 2001.

Months of preparation, hours and days of dedication and an outpouring of community participation is what has made it work in 2001,2002,2003 and 2004.

We were fortunate in 2000 to have a member of the Darien Lions Club tell us of the perennial success of their Candy day program.
 
We look forward to keeping The Program Alive in 2005.

The Lombard Lions Club is able to continue to fund its many programs as a result of this marathon event that is held every fall.

The club annually has a spaghetti Appreciation Dinner on October 21st so that all who participated can enjoy a family night out together.
