On
February 1, 2004 the Lombard Lion’s Club held its 14th Annual
Pancake Breakfast. The event was held at the Lombard Commons
Community Building. The menu included pancakes, sausage, juice,
coffee and milk.
Net proceeds from this annual event are used to support our
efforts to aid local residents that are sight and/or hearing
impaired. The Lombard Lion’s Club provides donations to local
charities such as the
Deicke Center
for Visual Rehabilitation,
NEDSRA,
The Lion’s of Illinois Foundation and the Deicke Home as well as
providing scholarships to local high school students entering
college.
Sponsors for the event include Maxfield’s Restaurant and Fox
Valley Forms.
